In mechanical industry floorings must be resistant to wear and tear, mechanical solicitations, chemical agents and abrasion, besides being easy to clean.
The main characteristics of a coating in mechanical sector or in industrial sector in general concern its resistance to compression, wear, pushes, dust concentration, flatness, duration and maintenance.
The absence of convergencies makes maintenance and clearing easier. Such floorings must have a resistance able to absorb working loads. The sub-base is prepared through peening, milling and grinding, thus assuring an excellent mechanical adhesion with the coating system chosen.
On the sub-base mechanically prepared a leveling layer is created, with a thickness that can vary according to flatness and functional requisites. The thickness of the coating can vary from 1 to 10 mm.
Once processing is complete, the coating reaches its final stability and its best chemical-physical resistance, thus being able to bear the required solicitations in a very short time.
The realization of a coating system with anti-slip characteristics and the use of colour variations allows to improve the safety of working places with a good aesthetical aspect.
