The architectural project of Werner Tscholl reminds of the natural wattle of the grapevines. The foyer inside an existing building is the main element representing tradition as well as the “heart” concerned by IPM Italia intervention, which made the laying of the thick mortar epoxy system, Basic Systempox, with anti-slip finishing and high resistance to surface abrasion.
The technique used was that of mortar in “wet earth” and allowed to optimize surfaces that were inclined and to recover important heights with minimal downtime; the odourless system did not show volatile parts both during laying and after hardening.
